Casa Noble’s tequilas are all USDA-certified organic, distilled from organically grown, hand-harvested blue agave plants on a family-owned estate in the Mexican state of Jalisco. Casa Noble’s farming and production practices have changed little since the distillery opened its doors in 1776. For more than 200 years, this family-owned company has grown its blue agave plants without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides, relying only on the nutrients in the volcanic soil to enrich the plants. Wild yeast cultivated at the distillery also allows Casa Noble to ferment its plants without the use of chemical additives. While other tequilas are distilled only twice, Casa Noble’s organic tequilas are distilled three times, producing a high-quality product.
Casa Noble makes several variations of its organic tequila. The Crystal organic tequila is the company’s standard tequila. Casa Noble also makes the Reposado organic tequila, which is Crystal organic tequila aged for about 364 days in oak barrels, and the Añejo organic tequila, a complex organic tequila that contains hints of chocolate, coffee beans and oak.

Casa Noble Organic Margarita
2 oz Casa Noble Crystal
1 oz fresh lime juice (or the juice of 1 whole lime)
¾ oz La Sierra agave nectar
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain and serve up or on the rocks. Garnish with a lime wheel.
